Manufacturing Process & Standards


  • Process Flow:

    1. Steelmaking (BOF/EAF) → Ladle refining → Continuous casting into slabs

    2. Reheating and hot rolling to required thickness

    3. Cooling on run-out table

    4. Cutting to ordered dimensions

    5. Surface treatment and final inspection

  • Quality Control: Ultrasonic testing (UT) for internal defects, dimensional tolerance inspection, mechanical property testing per batch.

  • Standards: ASTM A36/A572, EN 10025-2, GB/T 700, ISO 9001.

  • Packaging & Transport: Bundled with steel straps, edge-protected, loaded on steel pallets, covered with waterproof tarpaulin for sea freight.
